The project was presented on 26 January 2022, at an event held in the park itself, which was attended by representatives from the Central Spanish Government, the Regional Government of Andalusia, the Provincial Council and Los Palacios Town Council, which also participates in Palenquivir. Businesspersons from the region, cooperatives, agricultural associations, unions, banks, property development companies and consulting firms also attended.
Palenquivir will be the third largest and most important logistics business park in the province of Seville, thanks to its modern infrastructure, wide variety of spaces and more than 750,000 square metres that are strategically located to the south of the urban centre, with a prime location for business activity, distribution and transport. It has, in fact, been branded “the heart of southern Europe”.
